SUBMITTING YOUR LISTING
- Once you submit a listing, it will be reviewed by our team and posted live. We may contact you with any questions or clarification.

- You can review your listing from your account to view bookings/orders, make any edits, or remove it.
GETTING PAID OUT
After your booking is finished, you are ready to receive your earnings immediately
- Twelve Hours after the date of your bookings scheduled to be dropped off, it will automatically ‘Complete’.
- Use this 12 hours window after pickup window to coordinate any disputes, issues, etc. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for more information on cancellations, deposits, refunds, disputes, etc.
Same-Day Payouts:
- When an order is ‘Completed’, your earnings will be deposited in your balance in your AnchorsBook Dashboard
- Login to AnchorsBook, and from your Dashboard setup & manage payouts.

How and when can I get paid?
You get paid right after a rental or charter ends, after 12 hours. Payouts are done through PayPal, or Bank Wire.
What commission does Anchorsbook charge vendors?
AnchorsBook collects a certain commission/service fee from vendor bookings depending on region and boat type. Typically 18%. This service fee covers management of the platform, ongoing or new features such as SMS notifications, 24/7 customer service, identity checks, dedicated vendor account management, fraud protection, and paid marketing services.
Does AnchorsBook provide (optional) insurance for vendors, and have its own insurance coverage?
Yes, AnchorsBook is covered under commercial insurance to operate watercraft rentals marketplace. Each boat vendors submit on AnchorsBook must also have insurance coverage.
Can I captain my own boat instead of them driving my boat?
YES, you are able to have charters where you captain the boat instead of a customer renting it and self-driving. You can indicate this when creating your listing.
Do you check renters for proper ID?
YES, they have to submit their Passport or other relevant ID. You can view their files on your profile at any time, as well as vet or message them.
What if they damage the boat? Is there a security deposit?
There is a security deposit that you can set and collect in your listing.
What is the cancellation policy, and can we use our own instead?
AnchorsBook has a standard cancellation policy for bad weather outlined in our terms of service.
You may write and have your own cancellation policy enforced for your bookings when creating a listing online.
Can we sync our booking calendar availability with AnchorsBook listings?
Yes you can. Each listing you create on AnchorsBook has a unique ical ICS link that you can import into any other bookings calendar, as well as importing any external ical ICS link to sync your external calendar with an AnchorsBook listing calendar.
The benefits of this is renters being able to view live availabilities before sending you a booking request.
Can we reschedule an incoming booking request?
Yes you can. When an AnchorsBook booking request comes in, you will receive an email & SMS notification to accept, reschedule, edit, or decline a booking request.
There may be a change in case of bad weather condition. How do I reschedule a booking?
You may set your own cancellation policies (make it clear in your listing). You are able to cancel a booking before payment is made online within the listing/account. If you wish to cancel after payment is made you can contact our 24/7 support to cancel the booking and enforce relevant cancellation policy and refunds.
Do we accept incoming bookings manually or automatically?
AnchorsBook boat rental service providers can determine if they will manually accept new bookings, or automatically accept all new bookings, when creating and setting up their rental listing(s).
If manually accepting incoming booking requests, you will be able to accept, decline, or reschedule a booking. Once accepted (or rescheduled), the renter will haver 72 hours to confirm and make payment.
