Once your booking request is accepted by the captain, you will be notified by email. You will also receive a Stripe payment link to pay (online) before your booking date in order to confirm/finalize it. You will receive the full itinerary, pickup details, and captain/crews direct contact information.

Can I bring Food & Drinks?
Yes! You are allowed to bring your own food and drink, or arrange your own catering for your rental. This includes any kind of food, as well as alcoholic beverages.
When do I pay?
After you send a booking request, the vendor will accept or decline within an hour to a few hours. Once your booking is accepted, you will be notified by email with your trip details, as well as a Stripe payment link to pay/confirm your trip before arrival.
What’s the ‘rate’ (price) for different yachts?
Yacht rates are priced PER HOUR, and covers all your guests. The yacht rental price does not change if you have fewer guests, or more guests.
What do I need to bring for a rental in the UAE (Dubai or Abu Dhabi)?
Make sure the individual who booked the trip has their emirates ID, OR passport. Required by local regulators for yacht captains before embarking.
How long does it take to setup? Can I cancel?
Setup for Rentals can ALWAYS be made/ready for the next day, or (in some cases) on the same day.
Each vender has their own cancellation policy in their listing, otherwise if one isn’t stated the AnchorsBook policy is in effect and offers refunds for bad weather or events out of anyone’s control (e.g. coast guard directive, or damage to the watercraft). You can cancel from the booking itself online, or simply contact us.
Why do I need to log in to send a booking request?
This is so that you are better able to receive booking updates (e.g. when the captain accepts your request), as well as track your booking details at any time, cancel/dispute if needed, and directly message the captain.
We also offer incentives and promotions to our users for their existing bookings, & all future ones.
I need more information, who can I contact?
Feel free to contact us* (Email, Phone Call, Whatsapp) with any questions about the booking process, or specific listing and our team support team will get back to you immediately.
Once your booking has been accepted and confirmed, you will be directly messaged by the specific yachts service crew to better coordinate pickup/dropoff or any extra details of your trip. You may also contact us at any time during any part of your booking/trip.

Detailed Booking Instructions
-Fill in initial booking details-
- FIRST Select The DATE then the TIME.
- Take note that you can select SEVERAL consecutive TIME Slots as shown above.
- Select “Request to Book” after selecting the DATE/TIME/GUESTS
-Login-
- You will need to be logged in to send a booking request (this is so you can be notified on updates or make changes online)
-Submit your request-
- You will now need to fill in some basic contact information and review your booking.
- Once you fill in the rest of the required information the vendor will review your booking/info and respond within 12 hours accepting or needing more information.
-Get Response & Pay To Confirm-
- You will recieve a response to your request within a day. If your request is Accepted by the owner you must now pay online to confirm it, or your booking will be cancelled.
- Payment is done online through AnchorsBook using Stripe. You will recieve an email with information.
You Must Pay Online Before Arriving To Confirm Your Booking
- Once you receive an email from the vendor accepting your booking request, please proceed to pay to confirm your time/slot before you arrive.
- You can review your booking & order details from your account to view details, communicate with the vendor, or put forward a dispute.
