IMPORTANT NOTES:

• If selecting from dinner menu options, must inform service crew which specific option you desire after booking (e.g. BBQ, or Greek, etc.)
• Charter includes a sound system with Bluetooth, towels, water, ice, soft drinks, and plates & cups
• All passengers must carry their local ID or original passport to comply with the UAE Maritime Law
• Footwear is not permitted to be worn on board during your charter
• Pets are not permitted on board
• Boarding will open 10 minutes before your scheduled charter time
• Children under the age of 12 must always wear a life vest on board
• Parking lot exists in front of Dubai Harbour, charges 10 AED per hour.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
• Free up to 72 hours of the charter.
• 50% within 72 hours and up to 24 hours of the charter.
• 100% within 24 hours of the charter.
• In case of cancellation for bad weather only, the trip can be re-scheduled, or fully refunded to the guest.
